Nabakothi Means Nine motifs placed in a cubic way on the body like kalash, bird, lion, elephant, lotus, deer, peacock, Alpana, butterfly, flower, conch, temple, elephant, goddess laxmi feet. The motifs in the saree are designed by tie and dye method that is called bandha.

Now everyone knows about 9 number which is very powerful and auspicious number. From this nine number you know, be it "navaratri", "Navagrahas", Durga Navami puja. Our expert weavers of odisha Nuapatna weaves this design on this saree with lots of love.
